Becoming Catholic
- Becoming Catholic through the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) RCIA Sessions begins in the First Week of September.
  
  The RCIA program is designed for people interested in learning more about the Catholic Faith who:
  
  have not been baptized and/or come from a non-Christian religious background.
  
  are baptized in another Christian tradition but desire membership in the Catholic Church.
  
  wish to learn more about the Catholic Faith but are uncertain about becoming Catholic.
  
  We also welcome to this class Catholics who have not been confirmed to this class as well as Catholics who wish to deepen their understanding of the faith.
  
  Would you like to know more about God and his plans for you?
  
  Do you desire an intimate relationship with the Trinity - the Father, Son and Holy Spirit - in the midst of a community of disciples?
  
  God loves you and desires to spend eternity with you in Heaven! Come and find out how He has made that possible!
  
  Classes are held on every Sunday, beginning in the fall and continuing through Easter. Anyone is welcome to attend, and there is never any pressure to become Catholic. Sacramental Preparation
- Children prepare for First Reconciliation and First Communion during their second grade year. They must be enrolled in a parish school or faith enrichment classes. Attendance is also required at other meetings and retreats throughout the year. A calendar of these events are given out at a parent's meeting in late September or early October.
